Compared to ziplock pouches, users don’t need to use both hands to open the zipper; just simply tilt the pouch towards the spout to pour the content. After use, screw the cap back on and confidently return it to the table.

How to fill spout bags?

Method #1: From Spout Mannually

You can manually fill the container through the nozzle using a simple funnel or a semi-automatic machine. After filling, tighten the cap; the built-in lock on the cap will automatically lock it in place. This completes the filling process. Suitable for small-scale, low-volume businesses.

Method #2: From Spout by Machine

Machines can also be used for filling, but manual intervention is still required. Workers need to install the bags on the conveyor belt, and then the bags will be carried by the conveyor belt to the filling and capping area. Finally, the filled bags are moved by the conveyor belt to the collection area.

Method #3: From Pouches Openning

The packaging supplier can pre-tighten the caps before shipping, but leave an opening in the bag. This allows filling from the opening, followed by heat sealing using a heat sealing machine.

How to choose the material for the spout?

PP Spout

PP material is used as the inner layer material, making it more suitable for contact with oily foods and able to withstand high temperatures;

If the pouch inner heat sealing layer material is PP, then the spout material should also be PP

PE Spout

The nozzle material needs to match the material of the innermost heat-sealing layer of the packaging bag.

Under appropriate high-temperature heating, the nozzle will heat-seal together with the inner layer material, forming a strong structure that prevents leakage or damage.

Modified materials Spout

Sometimes, spout pouches need to store corrosive liquids, such as lemon juice, cosmetics, and chemicals. Using spouts made of conventional materials can cause significant problems; the liquid can corrode the spout, leading to leaks and even the release of harmful substances. In such cases, corrosion-resistant spout materials are necessary.
