Rotogravure Printing
Our high-speed 10-color rotogravure printers support complex artwork in one single run. You can use multiple spot colors, fine gradients and detailed illustrations without simplifying your design. Precise auto registration ensures sharp graphics and steady color consistency across all batches.
We can even add protective varnish during printing. High continuous running speed boosts efficiency and shortens your lead time. Your snack and food pouches will feature rich, eye-catching colors that easily stand out on retail shelves.
Flexography
Our flexo printing machines let you print directly onto kraft paper. You don’t need extra composite films to carry your artwork. It works perfectly for natural-style beef jerky and snack pouches, showing off that genuine rustic look you want for your brand.
This method cuts extra processing steps and keeps costs in check. The clean printing delivers clear text and logos. It’s also a great match for eco-friendly packaging concepts to attract sustainability-focused buyers.
Digital Printer
We run HP Indigo 25K and upgraded 200K digital presses. They deliver sharp, gravure-level print quality and accurate spot color matching. You can use complex artwork and variable designs without sacrificing visual effects on food pouches.
No printing plates are needed, so there’s no minimum order. It works perfectly for small-batch trials and limited-edition packaging. Fast setup cuts lead times and helps you launch new product lines quickly.
Film Blowing Machine
Our large film blowing machines produce uniform, stable plastic film. We can adjust thickness freely to create films with great puncture resistance and barrier performance, ideal for beef jerky and frozen food packaging.
We can produce film in-house instead of sourcing externally. It shortens lead times and helps us control product quality fully, giving you consistent raw materials for your custom pouches.
Lamination Machine
We own both dry and solvent-free laminators. You can pick the right process based on your packaging needs. Both deliver strong bonding between film layers and prevent delamination for your food pouches.
Solvent-free lamination lowers solvent residue, ideal for food contact standards. Dry lamination offers wider material compatibility. In-house lamination helps us better control quality and your production timeline.
Slitting Machine
Our roll slitter delivers clean, neat edges without film creases or scratches. It supports flexible width adjustments, so we can cut printed rollstock exactly to the size your packaging machine requires.
It maintains consistent tension during processing to avoid uneven rolls. Reliable slitting reduces waste, ensures uniform finished rolls and keeps your subsequent packaging production running smoothly.
Printing Inspector
